Compost Happens is a personal blog: part family, part garden, part crunchy green eco-writer. I'm Daisy, and I'm the groundskeeper here. I take care of family, garden, and coffee, when I'm not teaching and doing laundry.

Aww...it's so cute! Enough with that...rev up the zucchini bread!
I love zucchini bread, I always pilfer zucchini from my mom's garden, peel it and then freeze it in my deep freeze until I need it for bread:) A good way to do it is to freeze it in one cup servings so you only thaw what you need!
